  • Built a UX-centric team from the ground up, serving enterprise clients in a wide range of verticals, including education, healthcare, technology, finance, and non-profit. 

  • Managed UX projects end to end while mentoring designers and facilitating collaboration across disciplines.

  • Served as UX evangelist for internal and external teams.

  • Responsible for evolving UX services in response to client needs, including business objectives alignment, audience research, user testing, journey mapping, content strategy, information architecture, and user interface design.

  • Shaped, nurtured, and managed a multi-disciplinary team, primarily supporting Adobe.

  • Developed processes to encourage and maintain collaboration across disciplines, later duplicated by other teams in the agency. 

  • Served as the lead UX designer for various projects, including multi-platform enterprise experiences. 

  • Directed the design and development of websites, apps, and cross-channel campaigns.

  • Implemented UX best practices with the creative team, encouraging more user testing, journey mapping, and content strategy as part of the design process.

  • Built and led a team of designers to serve clients predominately in the technology and healthcare sectors. Projects included websites, mobile and desktop applications, and cross-channel campaigns.
